Made from scratch based on 6 or 13mm raw polypropylene honeycomb and multiple layers of other raw materials (fiberglass and carbon fiber cloth, balsa wood, epoxy resin). Different types of the peel ply is used to get a textured or smooth surface of the carbon fiber skins.
